Gamelan (”a style of percussive, gong-based music originally from Indonesia") is all about an ensemble working perfectly in sync. That's the idea behind this espresso blend as well. Using a healthy amount of natural or semi-washed coffees as a base to give the shot an up front, sweet and savory flavor and pleasant creaminess, we round this espresso out with a rotating roster of brighter coffees that add remarkable complexity.
