Born and raised in the shadow of the Capitol building in Austin, Texas, Third Coast Coffee Roasting Company quietly roasts to make a difference. As a member of Cooperative Coffees, a coffee buying collective, Third Coast sources the finest possible coffees with a focus on Fair Trade, Organic and Transitional (that which is in transition to be certified organic), supported by strong relationships with their farmer-producer friends.

Third Coast Coffee’s goal is social and ecological responsibility through coffee. They seek to achieve this by delivering an excellent and consistent product with personable and engaging service.

The small team applies a personal touch to every project, using their thirty plus years of coffee industry experience to deliver a high quality, custom-roasted product. They guarantee freshness and quality by always roasting “just-in-time” in small batches. Joe Lozano, Master Roaster, carefully crafts individual flavor profiles for each varietal bean.
